Buntie has the most delightful temperament. She is a confident and loving girl who reads the play right in all situations. She is a low-moderate energy, easy to live with family dog who walks beside you, and makes sure you feel loved.

Ozwheat The Stars Align
Honey is our foundation bitch. She has produced amazing puppies for us, perhaps two of the most famous being Frank and Taz who are sibling best friends and hang out at a day stay farm once a week – Click here for a link to Taz on Youtube. Honey’s puppies and now her grandbabies have proved themselves suitable for therapy dog roles. Her puppies are remarkably careful with kids and able to moderate themselves in this way. Honey has developed a rich golden coat and passes this on to her babies. She is a large Wheaten, weighing 18.4kgs and those down from her are some of our larger dogs.
Bonnie
Alinex Take My Lead
Bonnie is from our first litter of Captain x Honey babies. Bonnie totally won our hearts when she was three weeks old. As soon as she could walk she danced up to us and basically announced herself to be the best dog anyone could ever have. Bonnie was gifted to our friend Brandy and ended up being “dog of honor” at Brandy and Tyson’s wedding one year later. They live on the farm right next door to Bonnie’s mother Honey and every day Bonnie makes the twenty minute trek across the fields to hang out with her Mum. Bonnie considers herself to be a friend to the whole world, and has three cats she considers to be “her babies”. They sleep in her bed with her every night.
Sylvie
BISS Ozwheat Heaven’s New Star
Sylvie thrilled us all when, at 7.5 months of age, she became the youngest ever Wheaten in Australia to win Best of Breed at a specialty show. She is one of four Breed Specialty winners in our kennel. We are immensely proud of these winners and the foundation of excellence they represent. Sylvie lives with a family in inner Melbourne and loves couch time with her people more than anything in the whole world.

Clover has a full time job working in the Student Welfare department of Victoria University. She catches the train to work with her human Mum every day. She has been in training since she was 8 weeks old and she will soon be fully accredited as a Therapy Dog. Clover is extremely human centric, happy-go-lucky and has an amazing work ethic. If meetings get too tedious or don’t seem to involve dog cuddles, she simply sleeps under the table or desk until the humans realize they need her again. When she is off-duty, Clover loves to play with any humans or dogs who come her way. She is an absolute stand out of a Wheaten and we are so thankful for the partnership we have with her guardian Mum. Clover is fully grown at a tiny 12.5kgs which makes her very easy for almost anyone to scoop her up for a cuddle.
Winnie
Shaneca Wait and See
Ralph x Charlotte
DOB: 6th October 2021
Winnie is simply the most chill Wheaten we have met. She is high human focus and highly food-motivated, making her easy to train and delightful to be with. She lives with another one of our Wheatens, Sophie and enjoys long walks on the golf course and visiting her dog pals. Winnie one of our smallest girls at 17 inches tall and 12.5kgs.

Pixie is one of the smallest and prettiest Wheatens we have bred. She is 12.5kgs of beautifully constructed muscle wrapped in charm. Extremely human focussed, Pixie doesn’t have a thought in her head except she is thinking how to be your best pal. She is from the same litter as our two stud dogs Spudley and Wilfred. All three are everything the breed stands for, being great family members in their guardian homes.

Jellybean earned herself her ridiculous nickname by being just the most sweet baby girl puppy. The nickname stuck.
Jellybean scores very high for both human drive and dog drive, has a special role in playing with baby pups whether they are hers or not. She is completely content if she can lie by her person while they work at their computer all day long, but equally happy to share her space with other dogs.
Jelly is tenderhearted; wants to be in every situation and brings her happy tail-waggy presence no matter what.
Lilly
Alinex Teach The World to Sing (AI)
Lilly lives by the bay in the heart of Melbourne and enjoys morning walks on the beach with her wonderful Mum. She comes to us for grooming and shows. She is more than half way to her Championship title but Covid stalled us there. It has been no surprise that Lilly and her sister Penny have shone in the showring. Their half brother in the USA is the current top Wheaten in America. These genetics represent several generations of the best of American dogs with most of the sire line being ROM (Register of Merit.)

Ziggy2 x Buntie
DOB: 7th April 2023
Reya is a stunning baby who is almost the spitting image of her dad Ziggy2. She is an intelligent and devoted dog who loves doing whatever her people do. She has happily sat around chilling for cafe visits since she was a small puppy. She is one of the largest of our current generation of girls at 16.5kgs and 18.5 inches tall.

Penny is an intelligent dog with high human focus and low dog drive. She adores every aspect of being with her people, and walks naturally by your side, on a loose lead. We have tried to infuse Penny’s strong maternal instinct into our lines as she is devoted beyond measure. Her sire is a significant American dog. Penny is the mother of our beautiful Ralph and Grandma to Ziggy. Penny is responsible for the lovely short-backed “up on leg” look of Alinex showdogs.

Ellie has an immense human focus, which combined with her tenderheartedness/intuition gives her almost a humanoid quality. She is a lower energy wheaten, and produces easy-going puppies. Ellie has matured out to a very deep golden colour.
Ellie loves nothing more than being in the very centre of family life.
Rosie
Alinex On Earth and In Heaven
Rosie is the full sister to Ellie (see above). Rosie was an amazing showdog and confident in every situation, Rosie loved her regular visits to an aged-care facility (pre-covid). Currently coloring back up after going through her pale phase, we expect her to develop into the red gold of her mother Piper. Despite both her parents being on the large size for the breed, Rosie is a perfect 18 inches tall and 14.7 kgs.
Lottie

Lottie is a littermate to Clover. Like her therapy dog sister, Lottie is a wonderful allrounder. She is highly human focussed, loves dogs and puppies. Lottie also gets along beautifully with her pet cat called Winnie. Lottie has been know to despatch the odd rat or mouse so somewhere deep inside she still has some prey-drive. She has high workability but like all of our dogs, is as satisfied lying at your feet as she is adventuring with her family.
Lottie has a rich wheaten coloured coat that is extremely soft and drapes in loose waves; absolutely the picture of the breed standard.
She has matured to a muscular 13.5kgs which is a size that seems to suit many.
Smudge

Smudge came to us at three days of age and was raised by our dear girl Harper who loved her as if Smudge was treasure from heaven.
Smudge is a relaxed girl who is fun when it is required but happily spends most of the day asleep at someone’s feet. She is a beautiful correctly sized bitch with a drapey coat of amazing rich colour.

Flossie is a repeat of our breeding of BISS Broomsquires Eamon (Angus) to our affectionate Honey. Flossie has a high human focus, low dog drive, medium to low play drive and is highly biddable and tenderhearted. Put simply, dogs don’t come easier to live with than Flossie. Flossie passes on her calm to her babies. We have kept Ziggy2 and Patrick from her first two litters and we look forward to more as this girl builds an immense temperament foundation for us.

Bella is a daughter of Captain and Honey and is one of our dogs who “speaks English”. Bella lives with a family in Melbourne and is their devoted shadow. She has made some valuable contributions to our conformation. Bella has a wonderul wide topline from Captain and that rare and beautiful shoulder transition which is all real (not “groomed in”. Bella has also helped us maintain and improve bites and dentition, and has a beautiful coat texture which she passes on to her babies.

Fiadh is the litter sister of Flossie (See above.) Fiadh is a loving, outgoing and straightforward dog. She is stable and robust, with a high nerve strength and resilience. She is more human focussed than dog focussed and is easygoing.
Piper
CH Larnook Diamonds Are Forever
Piper has exceeded our hopes both in the showring and the whelping box. She breezed through to her Australian Championship and was my son Michael’s favorite bitch to show. She loves doing anything at all with her people as long as she is in the action. Her adult coat has become more and more beautiful and we are enjoying that Piper has passed her good looks on to her kids and grandbabies.
